Which payment providers does MRRback integrate with?

MRRback integrates with Stripe (via Connect or manual webhook), Paddle (via API key or manual webhook), Polar (via access token), and LemonSqueezy (via webhook). You can also use the generic API for any custom billing system.

How much does MRRback cost?

MRRback offers three plans: Free ($0/mo with 10 sequences and email only), Recover ($49/mo with 1,000 sequences and email + SMS), and Scale ($149/mo with unlimited sequences and all features).

How long does it take to set up MRRback?

Most integrations take 2-3 minutes. For Stripe and Paddle, you can use the one-click Connect flow. For other providers, simply paste your webhook URL and select the events to listen for.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using MRRback ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by MRRback ("we", "us", "our") and available at www.mrrback.com.

2. Description of Service

MRRback is a SaaS churn-recovery platform that helps businesses win back cancelled subscribers through automated email and SMS recovery sequences. The Service integrates with billing providers (Stripe, Polar, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy) to detect cancellations and trigger recovery workflows.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@mrrback.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans and Pricing

MRRback offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Details of each plan's features and limits are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.

5. Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Polar.sh. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Polar to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are quoted in USD and are non-prorated unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with MRRback for any reason, contact us at hello@mrrback.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After the 14-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion. Refunds are processed through Polar.sh and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam) or messages to recipients who have not previously been your customers
Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any third party's rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or interfere with other users
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms.

8. Gmail Integration

MRRback optionally allows you to connect your Gmail account to send recovery emails from your own address. By connecting Gmail, you grant MRRback permission to send emails on your behalf using the Gmail API. You may revoke this access at any time from your MRRback settings or your Google Account permissions.

You are responsible for ensuring that emails sent through your Gmail account via MRRback comply with Gmail's Terms of Service and applicable anti-spam laws. Gmail sending limits (approximately 500 emails/day for personal Gmail, 2,000/day for Google Workspace) apply.

9. Billing Provider Integrations

When you connect a billing provider (Stripe, Polar, Paddle, or Lemon Squeezy), you authorize MRRback to receive webhook events and access your account data as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and authorizations. We are not responsible for issues caused by revoked or expired provider credentials.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by MRRback and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content and data you provide through the Service (business information, email templates, customer data).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRRback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Emails or SMS messages not being delivered due to third-party service failures (Gmail, Resend, Twilio, etc.)
Any third-party conduct on the Service

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will recover any specific amount of revenue or that recovery emails will result in customer resubscription.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and all associated data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
